Implementables is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We teach practical skills to transitioning service members and deliver digital projects for businesses.
3. Eligibility
For Veterans
To participate in our SkillBridge program, you must:
Meet current Department of Defense and service-specific SkillBridge eligibility and timing requirements
Have command authorization for the proposed participation dates and training plan
Be at least 18 years of age
Comply with all Department of Defense SkillBridge program requirements
For Businesses
To partner with us for services, you must:
Be a legally registered business or organization
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete information
4. Services
SkillBridge Training Program
Our learning pathway is designed around:
Foundational learning in UX/UI & Website Design, Brand Design & Content Creation, Applied AI & App Building, Workflow Automation, and Process Improvement
Small practical projects, followed by suitable client project tasks as participants demonstrate readiness
Mentorship from experienced professionals
Career development and performance-based recommendations or introductions
We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, and requirements at any time.
Business Services
We offer UX/UI & Website Design, Brand Design & Content Creation, Applied AI & App Building, Workflow Automation, and Process Improvement. Separate service agreements define each business engagement.
5. User Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
Not use our services to transmit harmful or malicious content
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Implementables or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Work products created under business service agreements will be governed by the specific terms of those agreements.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
Job placement after program completion
Specific salary outcomes
Uninterrupted or error-free service
That all program applications will be accepted
Individual results vary based on demonstrated skills, effort, available opportunities, and market conditions. Endorsements and introductions are discretionary and are not guarantees of employment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Implementables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Program participants may be removed for failure to meet program requirements, violations of military regulations, or other conduct inconsistent with program standards.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Implementables, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Implementables is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
